CONFERENCE FEES

PASMUN requires a registration fee of NT$4000 per participant/individual applicant/MUN director/chaperone by January 29, 2026.  These fees include conference expenses, two lunches during conference time and snacks during breaks. Please wire the money using the information provided below.

Deadlines:

• November 27, 2025: Form I + Individual Applications (Student Officer/Press) Deadline
• January 29, 2026: Form II Deadline + Registration Payment of NT$4000

Instructions

• Please do not transfer until Form 2 or an invoice is sent to you. 
• Up to 2 advisors/chaperones are not charged
• Any changes post-payment (e.g. substitutions, delegation addition) would require NT$150 per change to compensate for associated materials. The form for change requests would be published on the website after Form II's deadline. No refund woulld be offered post-payment.
• Please provide the Invoice number and applicant/school name in both Chinese and English.
• Only submit Form II once the fee is transferred. There is a slot on Form II for each school to enter their last 5 digits.
